Establishes that orders binding guardians of property, trustees, and executors/administrators bind the respective wards, beneficiaries, and interested estate parties when no conflict of interest exists.

Defines conflict of interest to include situations where a trustee of a trust that is an estate beneficiary also serves as the personal representative of that estate.

Allows unborn, unascertained, minor, or legally disabled persons to be bound by orders when their interests are represented by another party with substantially identical interests in the proceeding.

Requires notice in estate and trust proceedings to be given to all interested persons or to persons authorized to bind them, and permits courts to appoint guardians ad litem when representation would otherwise be inadequate.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
