State Board of Health must create a database of all deceased persons by county, accessible to local registrars of births and deaths, county election registrars, tax assessors, and county election commission chairs, containing full name, date of death, sex, race, age, and usual place of residence.

Database information is restricted for use only by county registrars, tax assessors, and election commission chairs, with access prohibited for all other persons.

Circuit clerks of each county must prepare and maintain a complete alphabetical list of deceased persons using information from the State Board of Health database, updated monthly.

County election commissioners must use the State Board of Health database to revise and purge voter registration books and pollbooks at scheduled meetings to remove names of deceased individuals.

Local registrars of births and deaths must supply monthly death lists to county registrars, tax assessors, and election commission chairs for individuals of voting age, including full name, social security number, date of death, sex, race, age, and usual place of residence.
