Exempts motorized golf carts with a maximum speed of less than 20 miles per hour from the $50 point-of-sale fee levied on all-terrain vehicles and motorcycles.

Exempts golf carts with a maximum speed of less than 20 miles per hour from the $50 out-of-state purchase fee for all-terrain vehicles brought into Mississippi.

Golf carts designed for use on golf courses are not subject to fees that are normally deposited into the Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund.
