Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians Foundation beginning July 1, 2012.

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 annually for distinctive license tags, paid at initial application and renewal registration.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2 per tag.

Allows county tax collectors to retain $2.00 from each additional fee and 5% of replacement tag fees ($10.00) for the county general fund.

Requires distinctive license tags to satisfy Section 27-19-44(3) provisions by July 1, 2015 to continue being issued.
