Permits up to 52 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds in a hospital in DeSoto County to be certified for full Medicaid participation, eliminating prior limitations.

Authorizes up to 25 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds in a residential treatment facility at 2311 Highway 15 South in Winston County to participate in Medicaid without restrictions.

Enables up to 74 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds in a residential treatment facility at 3531 Lakeland Drive in Flowood, Rankin County to be fully certified for Medicaid participation.

Facilities may provide written notice to the State Department of Health and Division of Medicaid to become certified for Medicaid participation without requiring additional certificate of need approval.
