Declares public interest in promoting compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations throughout Mississippi, with specific interstate highway distribution goals.

Establishes goal of at least one public CNG fueling station approximately every 100 miles along all interstate highways by 2016, increasing to one every 50 miles by 2026.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration's Bureau of Fleet Management to partner with private entities and enter into agreements to construct necessary CNG fueling stations subject to public bidding requirements.

Amends Section 25-1-77 of the Mississippi Code to explicitly grant the Bureau of Fleet Management authority to enter into partnership agreements for CNG fueling station construction.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
