Authorizes year-round hunting and trapping of wild hogs in Mississippi, contingent on possessing a permit, all-game hunting license, or trapping license (resident landowners exempt).

Requires hunters and trappers of wild hogs to purchase a minimum of 25 tags annually from the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks at the time of permit or license purchase.

Prohibits catching and releasing wild hogs at a location different from where they were caught, with violations classified as Class I offenses.

Requires hunters to wear at least 500 square inches of solid unbroken fluorescent orange in full view when hunting wild hogs during any open gun season on deer.

Authorizes the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to establish rules, regulations, and fee structures for wild hog hunting and tag issuance.
