Authorizes the City of Olive Branch, Mississippi to assist DeSoto County, Tennessee entities, and other governmental bodies in improving Stateline Road and removing safety hazards.

Permits Olive Branch to resurface, realign, and perform necessary work on Stateline Road including portions located in Tennessee.

Allows Olive Branch to remove safety hazards on or adjacent to Stateline Road's right-of-way in Tennessee if the city deems them dangerous, Tennessee entities agree in writing, and affected landowners acquiesce and grant necessary easements.

Authorizes Olive Branch to compensate Tennessee landowners for easements and property damages and to enter into agreements defining the scope of work and repair obligations.

Enables Olive Branch to cooperate and contract with Tennessee governmental entities to share costs on Stateline Road construction and maintenance projects in accordance with applicable Tennessee public purchasing laws.
