City of D'Iberville governing authorities may require cruise vessels conducting legal gaming to pay a fee up to 3.2% of gross monthly revenue, collected and enforced by the Department of Revenue.

Fee revenue distribution: 50% to municipality general fund, 20% to municipal public safety, 20% to public schools within city limits, and 10% to public schools in Harrison County.

City may impose an annual license tax not exceeding $150 per gaming device on cruise vessels, with revenue deposited into the municipality's general fund.

City authorities must provide 30 days' notice to Department of Revenue before fee effective date and 90 days' notice to cruise vessel operators before any license tax changes.

Cruise vessels docked in the municipality are subject to local zoning regulations and Mississippi Gaming Commission inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
