Appropriates $298,601.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013)

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions for the Board

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2012, with comparable budget request submissions for fiscal year 2014

Directs that Personnel Services funding for fiscal year 2014 shall not exceed fiscal year 2013 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature

Gives preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids, or when making purchases without competitive bids
