Appropriates $160,142.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013).

Authorizes one (1) permanent full-time position and one (1) part-time position under the appropriation.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2012, and to submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Directs the board to deposit all generated revenue into a special fund and retain all earned interest in the fund rather than paying it to the State General Fund.

Establishes preference for purchasing from Mississippi Industries for the Blind when two or more bids are received with equal price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bids.
