Appropriates $6,285,537 from the State General Fund and $519,368 from special funds for the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013), authorizing 66 permanent full-time positions.

Appropriates $22,031,285 from the State General Fund and $1,745,082 from special funds (including $400,000 from the Criminal Justice Fund) for special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, authorizing 102 permanent full-time positions and allocating $8,160,000 for judge support staff at up to $80,000 per judge.

Appropriates $3,094,421 from the State General Fund and $19,264,325 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts and Board of Certified Court Reporters, authorizing 24 permanent and 3 time-limited full-time positions, including $150,000 for a Drug Treatment Court Program in Hinds County.

Appropriates $5,482,011 from the State General Fund and $57,474 from special funds for the Court of Appeals, authorizing 57 permanent full-time positions.

Appropriates $351,138 from special funds for the Board of Bar Admissions and $130,193 from the Continuing Legal Education Fund, with authority to expend up to $1,500,000 from the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund and $1,875,000 for the Youth Court Support Fund.
