Appropriates $17,078,102.00 from the State General Fund for salaries, travel expenses, and office costs of district attorneys and assistant district attorneys for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).

Appropriates $1,557,311.00 from the State Prosecutor Compensation Fund for assistant district attorney salaries as authorized under Section 25-31-5(1).

Designates $1,170,000.00 of the appropriated funds for district attorney office expenses.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to reimburse district attorneys or staff for taxable meals within their geographical district.

Requires district attorneys to maintain complete accounting and personnel records for all appropriated funds in the same format as fiscal year 2012, and to submit fiscal year 2014 budget requests in comparable detail.
