Reappropriates $16,893,633 to the Department of Finance and Administration's Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013)

Continues funding previously authorized in House Bill 1518 (2011) for construction, repair, and renovation projects at various state agencies and institutions

Limits expenditures to the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2012, and restricts funds to their originally authorized purposes

Authorizes the Bureau of Building to receive and expend state, local, or other source funds designated for supplemental construction and renovation project funding
