Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-3-519 to authorize patrol officers appointed by the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Board of Directors to use radar speed detection equipment on roads and streets owned by or under the district's jurisdiction or control.

Adds a new subsection (d) to existing radar equipment regulations that previously only permitted use by the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol, municipal law enforcement in cities of 2,000+ population, and college/university campus police.

Maintains existing prohibition on radar use by other persons and law enforcement agencies, with the district patrol officers as an additional exception to the general ban.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
