Expands the enforcement authority of law enforcement officers employed by the Board of Trustees of Forrest County General Hospital to cover all violations of law occurring on or within 500 feet of any property owned, leased, or managed by the hospital.

Law enforcement officers must be certified under Mississippi Code Chapter 6 of Title 45 and are vested with the powers and duties of a constable when employed by the hospital.

Hospital board must determine that expanded enforcement powers are necessary and reasonably expected to impact the safety of hospital employees, staff, patients, or visitors on hospital property.

Clarifies that hospital law enforcement officers have no obligation to act on activities occurring outside hospital property boundaries, and the hospital and board members are not liable for failure to act outside those boundaries.

Allows the hospital board to enter into interlocal agreements with other law enforcement entities for equipment or traffic control, but does not relieve local police or sheriff's departments of their duty to enforce traffic regulations and state laws off hospital property.
