Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to aircraft pilots licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration, effective July 1, 2012.

Requires aircraft pilot vehicle owners to pay an additional $30.00 annual fee per distinctive tag in addition to standard registration fees and taxes.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Air Safety Foundation of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2, with $2.00 retained by county tax collector.

Requires distinctive license tag provisions under Section 27-19-44(3) to be satisfied before July 1, 2015 for tags to continue being issued.

Charges $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive tags, with 5% retained by tax collector and remainder distributed like original tag fees.
