Authorizes the Lowndes County Board of Supervisors to sell, lease, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of county-owned real property and improvements to the Lowndes County Industrial Development Authority and/or Lowndes County Economic Development District on terms and conditions the board deems necessary, with or without consideration.

Authorizes the Lowndes County Board of Supervisors to acquire real property and improvements from the authority and/or district by gift, purchase, or other means, and to own, hold, maintain, control, develop, and dispose of such property.

Grants the Industrial Development Authority the same powers to transfer property to the county and/or district and to acquire property from them on terms it deems necessary and proper.

Grants the Economic Development District the same powers to transfer property to the county and/or authority and to acquire property from them on terms its board of trustees deems necessary and proper.

Takes effect upon passage and is considered supplemental and additional authority, not in derogation of existing state law.
