Creates a "Made in Mississippi" logo to be designed and registered by the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Mississippi Secretary of State.

Allows growers, producers, and manufacturers to register products for use of the logo if all or virtually all (at least 85%) of the product is grown, processed, manufactured, or assembled in Mississippi.

Authorizes the Department to charge a registration fee not to exceed $150 per year per product and to promote the logo through website, print media, paid advertisements, and public service announcements.

Makes unauthorized use of the "Made in Mississippi" logo or misrepresenting products as made in Mississippi a crime under Mississippi Code Section 75-24-5.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
