Establishes the Office of Mississippi Physician Workforce within the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) to oversee physician workforce development and needs throughout Mississippi, directed by a licensed physician with research and support staff.

Creates the Mississippi Physician Workforce Advisory Board with representatives from state medical associations, health organizations, universities, and government agencies to administer the office and provide oversight of its activities.

Authorizes UMMC with advisory board input to award up to $3,000,000 distributed over three years to hospitals or entities for establishing and operating accredited Family Medicine residency programs that accept both M.D. and D.O. students.

Requires the office to assess current physician numbers and distribution by specialty, evaluate current and future workforce needs, and provide annual reports to the Governor and Legislature on physician workforce status and training programs.

Specifies that funded residency programs must comply with office policies, use funds only for program creation or operational expenses, and be capable of accepting students from LCME and AOA-accredited medical and osteopathic schools.
