Amends Section 97-5-49 of Mississippi Code to extend the prohibition on adults knowingly allowing parties where minors obtain alcohol to include hotels and motels, in addition to private residences and private premises.

Adds definitions for "hotel," "motel," and clarifies related terms including "party," "adult" (over 21 years old), and "minor" (under 21 years old).

Prohibits adults who own or lease private residences, private premises, hotels, or motels from knowingly allowing parties to continue if a minor at the party obtains, possesses, or consumes alcoholic beverages, light wine, or beer.

Exempts legally protected religious activities, family member gatherings, and exemptions listed in Section 67-3-54 from the prohibition.

Establishes penalties of up to $1,000 fine, up to 90 days in county jail, or both for violations, with each incident constituting a separate offense.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
