MS HB41

Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise and whenever precipitation or conditions necessitate windshield wiper use.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when front and rear lamps are required by law.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $25.00 upon conviction.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
