Removes sunset/repealer provisions from Mississippi's Psychologist Licensure Law, making permanent the education and supervised experience requirements for psychologist licensure

Requires applicants to hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a regionally accredited institution with a program accredited by the American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association

Mandates two years of supervised experience (at least 4,000 total hours), including an internship and one year of supervised post-doctoral experience in the same area as the academic degree

Requires applicants to pass criminal background checks, including fingerprint-based searches of Mississippi and FBI criminal databases, and demonstrate good moral character with no felony or moral turpitude convictions
