Extends the repeal date of Section 73-17-11 from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2015, maintaining current nursing home administrator licensure requirements during this period.

Requires nursing home administrator applicants to meet eligibility standards including age 21+, good moral character with criminal background check, good health, specified education/experience, completion of Administrator-in-Training Program, and passage of National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Board (NAB) and Mississippi state examinations.

Allows reciprocity for nursing home administrators licensed in other states if they meet Mississippi's basic qualifications, federal requirements, and have passed both NAB and state exams.

Permits individuals who applied on or before June 30, 2012 to qualify for licensure under pre-July 1, 2011 requirements if they complete all requirements by January 31, 2014.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
