Extends the repeal date of Mississippi Code Section 47-7-49 from June 30, 2012, to June 30, 2015, allowing the Community Service Revolving Fund to continue operating.

Maintains the $55 monthly fee requirement for offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, earned probation, or field supervision, with hardship waivers available for up to 90 days.

Continues allocation of collected fees: $50 per payment to the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, drug identification programs, and supervision operations; $3 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund; and $2 to the Training Revolving Fund.

Allows offenders to be imprisoned for non-payment only if financially able, as determined by the court; offenders unable to pay are exempt from imprisonment.

Limits the payment obligation to a maximum of 10 years per offender.
