Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to extinguish a preservation deed of easement on the historic Corinth Machinery Building in Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi.

Easement was granted on May 17, 2002, in perpetuity by David Campbell and Chris Chain (Partners d/b/a Camp-Chain) to the Mississippi Department of Archives and History for building preservation purposes.

Extinguishment is conditioned on Old Corinth Machinery, LLC repaying $4,660.00 plus interest to the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund; this amount represents two grants previously awarded ($2,500.00 in 2002 and $2,160.00 in 2010).

Takes effect upon passage.
