Requires law enforcement officers to verify immigration status during lawful arrests when reasonable suspicion exists that a person is unlawfully present, using federal verification systems per 8 USCS Section 1373(c).

Prohibits illegal aliens from entering into business transactions with the state, including driver's licenses, business licenses, and grants/loans/credits, with verification required through the Department of Homeland Security.

Mandates all employers use E-Verify to confirm employment authorization of newly hired employees and maintain records for at least three years; applies phased timeline based on employer size, with penalties including contract cancellation and loss of business licenses.

Creates the Immigration Reimbursement Fund to reimburse county and municipal jails up to $20 per day for costs of incarcerating illegal aliens, funded through legislative appropriations, civil penalties, and other sources.

Authorizes all Mississippi law enforcement officers to assist federal agencies in immigration law enforcement and directs the Board of Public Contractors to monitor employer E-Verify compliance.
