Authorizes motor vehicle owners in Mississippi to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Mississippi Emergency Services Association, LLC upon payment of a $30.00 additional annual fee plus regular taxes and registration fees.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each application fee and deposit it into the county general fund; remaining fees are remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

From each $30.00 fee collected, distributions are made as follows: $24.00 to Mississippi Emergency Services Association, LLC; $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2.00 to the State Highway Fund; and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Distinctive license tags must replace regular license tags, which must be surrendered to the tax collector; up to two license decals are issued expiring with the vehicle's registration year.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the same formula as original tag fees; effective July 1, 2012.
