Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-13-91 to eliminate the provision allowing parents or guardians to disenroll children from full-day public school kindergarten programs.

Once a child enrolls in full-day kindergarten, they become subject to compulsory school attendance laws and cannot be withdrawn by parents.

Children who enroll in full-day public kindergarten are classified as "compulsory-school-age children" and must attend school like other school-age children.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
