Amends Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code of 1972, to require the Division of Medicaid to make regular redetermination of eligibility available by mail.

Mandates the Division of Medicaid maintain eligibility workers at all regional offices and at federally qualified health centers and disproportionate share hospitals as required by federal regulations.

Requires eligibility workers to be available at other appropriate sites during regular office operating hours to accept Medicaid applications and assist applicants with the application process.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
