Amends Section 97-29-31 of the Mississippi Code to revise penalties for indecent exposure (willfully and lewdly exposing one's person or private parts in public or where others are present).

First offense: Misdemeanor punishable by fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, or both.

Second offense: Misdemeanor punishable by fine of $600-$1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or both.

Third or subsequent offense: Felony punishable by fine of $2,500-$5,000 and imprisonment of 1-5 years in state penitentiary.

Effective July 1, 2012; exemption for women breastfeeding remains in place.
