School districts must adopt policies establishing limited public forums for student speakers at school events with neutral selection criteria, requiring disclaimers that student speech does not reflect district sponsorship.

Students may express religious beliefs in homework, artwork, and classroom assignments without penalty or reward based on religious content, judged by ordinary academic standards.

Students may organize prayer groups, religious clubs, and religious gatherings with the same access to school facilities and advertising methods as other noncurricular student activities.

Nonsectarian, nonproselytizing student-initiated voluntary prayer is permitted at school assemblies, sporting events, graduation ceremonies, and other school-related events in accordance with the act's provisions.
