Creates new offense of child endangerment by DUI: driving under influence while transporting child under 16 years old is separate crime not merged with base DUI offense.

First conviction for DUI child endangerment (no serious injury/death): misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine or up to 12 months imprisonment.

Second conviction for DUI child endangerment (no serious injury/death): misdemeanor punishable by $1,000-$5,000 fine or 1 year imprisonment.

Third or subsequent conviction for DUI child endangerment (no serious injury/death): felony punishable by $10,000+ fine or 1-5 years imprisonment.

DUI child endangerment resulting in serious injury or death of child: felony punishable by $10,000+ fine and 5-25 years imprisonment regardless of prior convictions.

Revises indecent exposure penalties: second offense within 5 years is misdemeanor ($1,000 fine or 1 year imprisonment); third or subsequent offense within 5 years is felony (up to $5,000 fine or 5 years imprisonment).
