Prohibits school board members, superintendents, principals, guidance counselors, teachers, coaches, and administrative staff from attempting to change, alter, or affect a student's grade except as specifically allowed.

Allows grade changes only when a school official with authority under formally adopted written board procedures determines the grade is an error or demonstrably inconsistent with the teacher's grading policy.

Subjects local school districts or schools to loss of accreditation for violations of these provisions, with procedures determined by the State Board of Education.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
