Revises chemical designations for synthetic cannabinoids, including expanded definitions for naphthoylindoles, naphthoylpyrroles, naphthylmethylindenes, phenylacetylindoles, and cyclohexylphenols

Adds two new categories of synthetic cannabinoids to Schedule I: benzoylindoles and adamantoylindoles, whether or not substituted in their ring structures

Expands cyclohexylphenols definition to include substitutions in the phenolic ring in addition to the cyclohexyl ring
