Reenacts the Revised Mississippi Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (Sections 41-39-101 through 41-39-147), which governs organ, eye, and tissue donation after death for transplantation, therapy, research, or education

Establishes who may make anatomical gifts, including adults, emancipated minors, agents with power of attorney, parents of unemancipated minors, and guardians, with a priority list of family members who can authorize donation after death

Allows anatomical gifts to be made through driver's license notation, donor cards, wills, donor registries, or oral communication during terminal illness, and specifies procedures for amending or revoking gifts

Creates criminal penalties of up to $50,000 fine and/or 5 years imprisonment for selling or purchasing body parts for transplantation, or for falsifying donation documents for financial gain

Removes the sunset provision (repealer) that would have terminated the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, making the law permanent effective July 1, 2012
