Removes the July 1, 2012 repeal date from the prohibition on organizing or conducting dog-versus-hog fighting events, making the ban permanent.

Defines "hog" to include pigs, swine, and boars, and prohibits commercial "catch" events where canines and hogs are intended or likely to be injured, maimed, mutilated, or killed.

Makes it illegal to organize, conduct, or provide financial or material support for prohibited dog-versus-hog fighting events.

Exempts "bay events" where trained hunting or herding dogs locate and corner hogs with competitive points deducted if hogs are caught, and exempts lawful hunting and livestock management activities using canines.

Establishes penalties of up to $1,000 fine, up to 6 months imprisonment, or both for violations.
