Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2012, to July 1, 2014, for the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids in noncommercial wildlife enclosures.

Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2012, to July 1, 2014, for the Commission and Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to regulate all commercial and noncommercial wild animal enclosures.

Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2012, to July 1, 2014, for the Commission's authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids in commercial wildlife enclosures.

Grants the Commission authority to promulgate rules and regulations for wildlife enclosures, including permit issuance and reasonable fee collection, requiring a majority commission vote for adoption.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
