Amends Section 37-11-29 to add "acts of violence committed by any person resulting in an injury to any person requiring a call to emergency service responders for medical attention" as unlawful activity that school administrators must report to local law enforcement.

Requires school principals, teachers, and other employees with knowledge of unlawful activity on educational property or during school-related activities to report to the superintendent or his designee, who must notify appropriate law enforcement officials.

Amends Section 37-9-14 to require superintendents to notify local law enforcement agencies of any violent acts committed by students or adults on school property or during school-related activities that require emergency medical services.

Provides immunity from civil liability for school personnel reporting in good faith pursuant to the reporting requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
