Amends Section 49-5-25 to confirm Mississippi's assent to the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act of 1937 and the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act of 1950.

Grants the fish and wildlife agency authority to perform necessary acts to ensure the conservation of fish and wildlife.

Places revenue from hunting and fishing license sales under exclusive control of the state fish and wildlife agency for administration purposes only.

Repeals Section 49-5-27, which previously provided the state's assent to the Fish Restoration and Management Projects Act.

Takes effect upon passage.
