Amends Section 91-21-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to expand the definition of "security account" under the Uniform Transfer-on-Death Security Registration Act.

Adds investment and custody accounts with trust companies or trust divisions of banks with trust powers to the definition of "security account," including securities, cash balances, and accrued interest or dividends in such accounts.

Clarifies that "cash equivalents" are included in reinvestment accounts, securities accounts with brokers, and brokerage accounts as part of the security account definition.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
