Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to donate real property located at 841 Highway 19 North in Meridian, Lauderdale County, currently occupied by Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H, to Meridian Community College.

Property consists of approximately 11.36 acres, excluding 3.9 acres occupied by Lauderdale County Health and Human Services Complex and 6 acres already owned by Meridian Community College (total donation approximately 1.46 acres).

If Meridian Community College ceases to use the property for its intended purpose, all rights, title, and interest revert back to the State of Mississippi.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the donated property.

Act takes effect upon passage.
