Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to supporters of the Mississippi Junior Golf Foundation, effective for registrations on or after July 1, 2012.

Vehicle owners must pay an additional annual fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, in addition to all standard registration fees and taxes.

Fee distribution allocates $24.00 to the Mississippi Junior Golf Foundation, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; county tax collectors retain $2.00 per application for the county general fund.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed proportionately to the same funds as regular distinctive license tag fees.

Distinctive license tags must satisfy requirements under Section 27-19-44(3) before July 1, 2015 in order to continue being issued.
