Extends the repeal date of the Joint Legislative Education Subcommittee from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014.

Subcommittee comprised of three members each from House and Senate Education committees, appointed by respective chairmen.

Directs subcommittee to study effectiveness of oral/auditory programs for deaf students, including funding structures, early intervention possibilities, and facility/nutrition/transportation requirements.

Requires subcommittee to compile review of all deaf education services in Mississippi, tour each deaf education program in the state, and make legislative recommendations.

Authorizes subcommittee to also study resources and programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and feasibility of implementing related classrooms and transition services statewide.
