Creates the Mandated Reporter Training Division within the Mississippi Children's Justice Center to provide training and services to mandated reporters

Establishes the Mandated Reporter Training Fund in the State Treasury, funded by court assessments and other sources, with monies distributed upon warrants issued by the Mississippi Children's Justice Center
