Authorizes issuance of $2,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund historical property improvements in Corinth, Mississippi.

Allocates $1,500,000 to assist the City of Corinth in repair, renovation, and expansion of the Curlee House and related facilities.

Allocates $500,000 to assist the Siege & Battle of Corinth Commission in purchasing the former West Corinth School property and campus.

Creates the "2012 Corinth Historical Properties Improvements Fund" as a separate special fund in the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2016, with maturity not to exceed 25 years; bond income is exempt from Mississippi state taxation and backed by the full faith and credit of the state.
