Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for 18 new organizations including Mississippi Trucking Association Foundation, Shrine Temples (Wahabi, Joppa, Hamasa), Mississippi Emergency Services Association, Mississippi Damage Prevention Council, Mississippi Swimming Association, various high schools (Northwest Rankin, Kossuth, Corinth, Alcorn Central, Biggersville), Southern Pines Animal Shelter, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi, Tuskegee Airmen, and others

Sets additional fees ranging from $30 to $50 per tag annually, with fee distribution allocating $24-$44 to the sponsoring organization, $2 to the tax collector, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to the State Highway Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2

Reauthorizes existing distinctive license tags for aircraft pilots, Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, and Mississippi Emergency Medical Services, requiring compliance with purchase requirements by July 1, 2015

Revises distribution of Lanier High School license tag fees to direct proceeds to the Lanier High School National Alumni Association instead of the school directly

Exempts the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers' Association license tag from standard requirements that proof of 300 tag purchases be submitted before production can begin
