Amends Section 25-15-303 of the Mississippi Code to delete the requirement that the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board employ a deputy state insurance administrator.

Maintains the requirement that the board employ a State Insurance Administrator responsible for day-to-day management and administration of the insurance plan.

Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to provide full-time personnel and technical support to the board necessary to carry out its functions.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
