Proposes amendment to Mississippi Constitution Article 3 by adding Section 12A to establish hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife as a constitutional right, including use of traditional methods.

Right to hunt and fish is subject only to laws and regulations promoting wildlife conservation and management as prescribed by the Legislature.

Public hunting and fishing designated as preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.

Amendment does not modify laws relating to trespass, property rights, regulation of commercial activities, or maintenance of levees.

Scheduled for voter approval on first Tuesday after first Monday of November 2014, with Attorney General required to submit to U.S. Department of Justice under Voting Rights Act.
