Commends and recognizes Gwendolyn H. Dunlap for 45 years of dedicated service to the federal government, beginning in 1967 after graduating from Jackson State University.

Acknowledges her career progression from claims representative in the Gulfport District Office (1968) to manager of the newly established Biloxi Social Security Administration office.

Recognizes multiple awards and honors received, including the Office Excellence Award for Mississippi's Best Level II Office in 1999 and Regional Commissioner's Award for Outstanding Performance during Hurricane Katrina recovery in 2005.

Honors her community involvement as a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Community Development Commission for the City of Gulfport and lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the National Council of Negro Women.
